For over 45 years, I've guided Jewish women in integrating the profound teachings of the Baal Shem Tov, Rebbe Nachman, and Chassidic masters into daily life. Through the O.R.L.E.V. Method of Jewish Mindfulness, I am so excited to help you heal your middot, deepen your connection to Hashem, and embody Torah wisdom through Jewish Meditation and Movement."
Finding Inner Peace in Turbulent Times
A free 4-day Torah-based mindfulness journey — ancient Jewish wisdom for the anxious, distracted modern mind.

Between the headlines, the worry, and the noise of daily life, your soul is still asking for stillness.
This free 4-day challenge draws on the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov, the Piaseczna Rebbe, and generations of Chassidic masters — not as abstract history, but as living tools you can use today. Each day brings one short video class and PDF File of Class and accountability page and recordings you can keep, practice, and return to.
You don't need 45 years of study to begin. You just need 10 minutes a day.
