Shalom! I am Dalia Orlev. As a Jewish mindfulness and meditation workshop

facilitator and Jewish movement expert with 45 years of experience, I have

helped hundreds of women of all ages transform their lives through live classes,

I am emotional and intuitive, living with passion and vitality.

For years, I tried various stress management tools and yoga meditations to feel inner peace,
